Distinguished Visiting Chef® Series

Special programs throughout the year such as Distinguished Visiting Chef® (DVC) enrich a J&W education. The culinary world's greatest names come face to face with J&W students to offer tips for success, and demonstrate the techniques, creativity, and personal philosophies that set them apart from their peers. Nearly 250 DVCs have appeared at J&W campuses since the program began in 1979.

2007 DVCs
Michael Bloise & Jason Morale were both honored at the North Miami Campus.

2005 - 2006 DVCs
Most recently, Colette Peters, queen of cakes, was honored at the Charlotte Campus; and Steven Jilleba, CMC, corporate executive chef at Unilever Foodsolutions, presented at the Providence Campus.

The winter term will bring David McCelvey of Emeril's Homebase; and return visits from pastry chefs Keegan Gerhard and Stanton Ho
