International StudyExamining culinary arts from a different cultural perspective provides a once-in-a-life chance to learn more about yourself and deepen your culinary knowledge. A limited number of qualified students each year expand their career horizons by participating in these international programs. culinary international exchange (for associate degree programs) You could be among a select group of 2nd year students who are chosen each year to participate in an international exchange program. For 1 term, J&W students attend classes in a culinary school abroad in countries such as France or Ireland, while students from these schools attend culinary classes at J&W. Selected students receive full academic credit for the term abroad. term abroad co-op (for bachelor’s degree programs) If you qualify, you’ll have the opportunity to replace your advanced co-op with a term abroad co-op. You’ll team up with 15–20 other J&W College of Culinary Arts bachelor’s degree students and join J&W faculty at international schools to study regional cuisines and wines.
