Beverage Concentration

Students at the Providence Campus can choose to earn an optional beverage concentration within their bachelor's degree program.  The concentration gives students the skills and knowledge that will make them better prepared to work in supervisory/management positions in restaurants where the beverage program figures significantly. It also gives them a competitive adviange when applying for chef's positions at high-end restaurants.
