Less time, less money — same degree  
If you have a bachelor’s degree and would like to enter the culinary field, you can get an associate degree in just 12 months.

In a program that runs from September through August at each of our campuses, you can take either Baking & Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts. 

program description Learn the fundamentals, principles and techniques in the first three terms. Then apply these skills in the fourth term through a co-op learning experience in both kitchen preparation areas and front-of-the-house operations. Students are required to pay tuition and fees for all four terms.

Note: Ask us how you might also receive transfer credit for general studies and related professional studies courses already taken.
