With more than 145,000 square feet dedicated to your educational experience, J&W's newest campus in Charlotte is the new standard for facilities in culinary education. 

Our numerous, dedicated Hot and Cold Kitchens and Baking & Pastry Labs designed for course-specific skills are taken to new levels. The campus also features a state-of-the-art Culinary Auditorium and fantastic front-of-the-house dining room facilities to deliver an integrated curriculum that teaches the relationship between back-of-the-house and dining room management.
