Culinary International Exchange: Paris, France

In this 3 month exchange program for J&W sophomores, qualified students study in the international program at L'Ecole Superieue de Cuisine in Paris - the largest culinary school in France.          
 
Along with 56 other international students in an english-speaking learning environment, students spend 3 days each week studying classical french cuisine in a class setting, and work two days in L'Ecole's restaurant that serves the public.  The course also includes instruction in French.

This program has 1 free week where students are free to tour Paris, discover France and immerse in French culinary culture.  
 
This program is limited to 5 students per year.
