Bachelor's Degrees

A culinary bachelor's degree is the fast track for aspiring executive chefs with an entrepreneurial/business edge. If you want to jumpstart your career dreams of cooking in and operating your own restaurant, a J&W bachelor's degree is a necessity.

An associate degree gets you halfway to your bachelor’s degree. Once you have your associate degree, you’ll receive your J&W bachelor’s in as little as 19 months, with 16 months (six terms) of additional education and your summer off for work or leisure.

Degree programs are for the current (05/06) academic year. Enrolled students may search for up-to-date course info via uconnect. A PDF version of the entire catalog is available by campus and year of entry at Student Academic Services.

Program requirements and opportunities may vary by campus. Students should consult their campus catalog or contact their faculty advisor or department chair.
