Associate Degrees

We are renowned for offering one of the best associate degrees in the culinary industry. We teach you more than classical skills; you'll learn the latest and greatest techniques in real-world production facilities using state-of-the-art equipment and utensils. You'll also take culinary-related arts and sciences classes that are essential to realizing your long-term goals, and that will set you apart from other chefs vying for the same coveted positions.

In a J&W associate degree program, you’ll get your degree in as little as 19 months, with 16 months (six terms) of education and your summer off for industry-related work or leisure.

Degree programs are for the current (05/06) academic year. Enrolled students may search for up-to-date course info via the university's uconnect system. A PDF version of the entire catalog is available by campus and year of entry at Student Academic Services.

Program requirements and opportunities may vary by campus. Students should consult their campus catalog or contact their faculty adviser or department chair.
