Life Span NutritionThis course is designed to study the significance of
nutrition at specific times of growth, development, and
aging. The focus is on understanding the role food plays
from pregnancy to the elderly population. The relationship
between nutrition and health will be traced throughout
the human life span. Students will apply course content
to situations relevant to both community and clinical
settings.
Prerequisite: FSM2050. (HO) (WI)
