Food Service Financial SystemsStudents will learn and experience an in-depth analysis
of financial information within the food service industry.
Emphasis is placed on exploration of accounting, sales,
purchasing, inventory, and budgetary systems. The course
offers an overall view of financial management and
its related areas through manual applications and the
use of computers in the food service industry. Students
recognize business problems, provide viable solutions
and evaluate the effect of those solutions. (HO) (PT)
