Charlotte Culinary Team Wins National ICC Competition

The Charlotte Campus of Johnson & Wales University won the 6^th annual hot food competition in Denver, Colo. this weekend.
 
The ICC, or Intercollegiate Culinary Competition, pits student chefs from around the nation against each other in a test of skill, knowledge, and presentation in preparing a four-course meal.
 
The five-member team from Charlotte took the gold this year. Last year it finished a close second.
 
Also of note, the pastry team from Charlotte won a bronze medal.
