Introduction to Cake Decorating and Petits FoursThe course is designed to expose students to the
proper procedure for producing cakes. Emphasis will
be placed on the numerous different types of cakes
and fillings. Time will also be spent on specialty cakes
such as birthday cakes and wedding cakes. Petits fours
will also be introduced to the students. (HO)
