Green Monster Smoothie

You will be amazed by this yummy fruity smoothie. Experiment with different amounts or types of fruit and make your own.

2 Bananas cut in chunks
1 cup Seedless Grapes
8 ounce Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 Apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 cup Fresh Spinach Leaves
4 ounces Orange Juice, Calcium Fortified

Place the banana, grapes, yogurt, apple and spinach into a blender. Cover, and blend, slowly adding juice until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides. Pour into glasses and serve. Yields 2 Servings
