Students, Alumni Travel to Finals of Kikkoman ImaginationalSix finalists, selected from nearly 300 entries in the Kikkoman-Johnson & Wales University Imaginational Recipe Challenge, competed on February 4 at the North Miami Campus for the grand prize of $6,000. After the judges had made their decisions, Adam Policinski from the Providence Campus was declared the winner for his "Tomatillo Soup with Pulled Soy Turkey and Sour Cream."
Students and alumni at all campuses were invited to submit creative recipes for appetizers, entrées or desserts using Kikkoman Soy Sauce or Less Sodium Soy Sauce. The finalists, who all received $1,000, included:
