"As we are approaching the Grand Finals of this years Nestlé Toque d'Or competition I wanted to express our gratitude to Johnson & Wales. I know that the official thanks will be made at the Awards, however the relationship Toque d'Or has developed with yourselves is about more than words. The standards that I have witnessed at your Universities express the ambitions, we at Toque d'Or have for our student competitors and is why Nestlé Toque d'Or chooses to hold its study tour at Johnson & Wales."
