Advanced Culinary Arts Program (A.C.A.P.)Prospective students who possess advanced knowledge and skills in food-related areas may apply for the Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry Arts A.C.A.P. examination -- for entry into the weekend CE culinary and baking & pastry programs at our Providence campus.
The results of the examination are considered in addition to academic records and a letter of recommendation from a food-related employer. It is generally recommended that applicants have a minimum of 3 years of food-related work experience. Students must apply for the A.C.A.P. examination prior to entrance into the Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry CE programs. Please contact our Providence Admissions Office for more information. ($150 nonrefundable administration and processing fee; $50/quarter credit hour for each credit hour received) |
