A Pastry Master Endorses J&W

Legendary pastry master Stanton Ho shared his expertise with J&W students in 2002 as part of the university's Distinguished Visting Chef® program. He also served as one of the judges for J&W's National High School Chef of the Year. Of his experiences at J&W, Ho says:
