Tyson Foods and J&W unite

Established in January 2004, the five-year “Tyson Commitment to Education for Generations” includes scholarship programs, classroom support, student co-op positions, campus presence, faculty-in-residence programs, industry involvement, alumni relations, and other student support.

"We at Tyson Foods are proud to award scholarships to outstanding students. Our alliance with Johnson & Wales was created to help students succeed and become the next generation of foodstuffs leaders."
- John Tyson, Chairman and CEO

"I can't think of a better way to exemplify our culinary passion than to be working with a leading university that feeds our field with new talent. This is just one of the ways we support this great industry."
- Hal Carper, Senior VP Corporate Research & Development
