Vollrath Partners with J&W in Support of Culinary Excellence

The Vollrath Company, a premiere manufacturer of kitchen equipment, including cookware and accessories for the professional market, has partnered with J&W in support of culinary excellence.    
 
In recognition of J&W's world-class operations, Vollrath established awards for both faculty and students. The annual Vollrath Chef Service Award recognizes one chef instructor, at each J&W campus, who demonstrates excellence and dedication to students and the University. And the annual Vollrath Culinary Excellence Award recognizes one student from each J&W campus who has demonstrated excellence in the pursuit of the culinary arts. Each award recipient is provided a selection of professional quality cookware, valued at $500, donated by Vollrath.
 
Vollrath also provides generous support of J&W's student Olympic team, which brought home a silver medal in the professional category at the 2004 IKA Culinary Olympics in Germany.
