Positive experiences with J&W students at the Mandarin Oriental"Our experience working with students from Johnson & Wales University has been a very positive one. The students come to us fully prepared by the University to meet our goals and needs. The University gives their students a realistic look on what to expect in the culinary industry and they prepare them to meet these expectations. The students and graduates from Johnson & Wales are highly professional, disciplined and extremely motivated. Several of our current sous chefs are Johnson & Wales graduates and have achieved this high level through hard work and dedication.
