Wine & Beverage LabOur Wine & Beverage Lab in Miami is top notch. Here you'll learn about the entire range of beverages and beverage service — from wines and champagnes, to coffees and teas, to the ultimate in mixology.
In addition to learning everything about wines, from their production to actual tastings, an added bonus of the Miami campus is our unique Visiting Sommelier Series, where the world's master sommeliers share their knowledge with intimate groups of students. You'll also learn about beer making and tasting, coffee roasting techniques, tea selection and production, and all facets of cutting-edge mixology. In addition, you'll also receive TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification to prevent drunk driving, intoxication and underage drinking. Back to North Miami Facilities |
