Pastry Labs & BakeshopsOur Miami campus has 4 labs dedicated to just pastry arts, baked goods and artisan breads.
Each of our 2 dedicated Pastry Labs has full-sized, top-of-the-line, rotating ovens with speed racks. They also have all of the latest specialty equipment and utensils to help you master the intricacies of pastry art. If pastry equipment is out in the market anywhere, then you'll find it here. You'll also find sugar-pulling stations, sugar blowing equipment, marzipan modeling and airbrushing, and chocolate sculpturing and painting, to name just a few. Our 2 Bake Shops are equally well equipped — each with 2, top-of-the-line, four-deck ovens. Here you'll learn how to work with grains and flours of all kind. You'll also learn the European tradition of fine artisan breads, croissants and danish. Finally, you'll work with any kind of dough you can imagine, including laminated dough, lean dough, dough for cream puffs, and more. Back to North Miami Facilities |
