Wine & Beverage Lab

Our contemporary Wine & Beverage Lab in Charlotte is outfitted with maple wood floors and designed to simulate conditions in a busy dining establishment.

In this lab, you'll discover the world of oenology, explore the major wine regions of the world, and develop your palate through tastings that incorporate discussions on pairing food with the right wines.

You'll also be taught the entire range of beverages and beverage service — including champagnes, coffee roasting techniques, tea selection, beer making and tasting, and the art of cutting-edge mixology.

In addition, you'll receive TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification to prevent drunk driving, intoxication and underage drinking.
