The system acts like your own personal advising program and includes • A web-based system of tools • Specialized career courses • Your own career team of coaches You’ll use the system to • Review career options associated with your degree program • Develop a first draft of your career goals • Confirm a degree program • Develop a customized plan to meet your career goals • Revisit and adjust your goals and plans, based on your experiences in classes, co-ops, clubs, work, etc. • Market yourself to employers as you approach graduation The system’s most critical tool is the Career Passport, which will help plan, organize and document your work and life experience into a concise format to present to prospective employers. |
