National High School Chef of the Year | Student & Alumni Contests                  
 
National High School Chef of the Year This contest, which will award more than $600,000 in scholarship dollars this year,  gives students of all ages the opportunity to see if they have what it takes to be a chef.
 
high school seniors, juniors, sophomores and freshmen Students from across the country competed in the 19th Annual National High School Chef of the Year, April 11-13, 2008. Finalists from each category will participated in a cook-off at the university’s North Miami Campus to determine the winners. The two grand prize winners will win full-tuition scholarships to Johnson & Wales, along with a personal meeting with Tyler Florence.
